1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Growth Architect ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Growth Architect is an AI-powered marketing strategy and growth planning application. The Service generates personalized business growth plans, provides AI advisory services, and offers tools to track and manage your growth strategy. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with optional paid subscription features.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Growth Architect offers a Pro subscription with enhanced features.

• iOS (App Store): The Pro subscription is available at $9.99 USD per month via Apple In-App Purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Web: The Pro subscription is available at $10 USD per month via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

4. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. For iOS subscriptions, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to Pro features until then.

5. Refunds

For iOS App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases processed through Stripe, please contact us to discuss refund requests.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content

Growth plans and AI advisory responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on the Service's output.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content and AI outputs) are owned by Growth Architect and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Growth plans generated for you are yours to use freely for your business purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growth Architect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
